Jarrow Formulas Bromelain is a protein-digesting (proteolytic) enzyme extracted from pineapple sap and stem that supports digestion.

Bromelain is a protein-digesting enzyme mixture derived from the stem, fruit, and juice of the pineapple plant. Bromelain may be used alone or in conjunction with other medications. Bromelain is also used as a digestive aid and to support reduced soreness in aching muscles.

Other ingredients: Calcium phosphate, maltodextrin, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, hydroxypropylcellulose and coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin).

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet once a day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. Swallow quickly with a full glass of liquid.
