1-2kg 0.5ml (74mg EPA/51mg DHA),
2-4kg 1ml (147mg EPA/101mg DHA),
4-8.5kg 2ml (294mg EPA/202mg DHA),
8.5-18kg 0.5 teaspoon or 2.5ml (368mg EPA/253mg DHA),
18-27kg 1 teaspoon or 5ml (736mg EPA/506mg DHA),
27-36kg 1.5 teaspoons or 7.5ml (1104mg EPA/759mg DHA),
36-50kg 2 teaspoons or 10ml (1472mg EPA/1012mg DHA),
Over 50kg 2.5 teaspoons or 12.5ml (1840mg EPA/1265mg DHA).
