- Hops flower 3390 mg;
- Chamomile Flower 5235 mg;
- Eschscholtzia flowers 4680 mg;
- Passionflower herb 7380 mg;
- Tryptophan 615 mg;
- Magnesium aspartate 1479 mg = 295 mg elemental magnesium;
- Peppermint flavour;

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

- Give 10 - 30 g daily.
- A loading dose is recommended.
