Kowtow Foliage dress - NEW

Kowtow Foliage dress - green, black and white boxy tee dress that finishes around the knees.

This dress is new - I bought it from Kowtow and wore it for 2-3 hours max. As I wore it for this short time, it has been washed.

Size large. It's a bit roomy on my size 16 mannequin, so would definitely fit an 18 too.

Cotton.
