Black Collar Spiced Rum

There’s nothing artificial in our. It’s simply rum, natural spices and aged at our distillery.

Our Black Collar Rum is spiced with vanilla, cinnamon, orange peel, cloves and aged in French Oak. This produces a spiced rum that is full of natural flavour which works perfectly in classic cocktails with a spiced rum twist. Daiquiris, Old Fashioned and Mojitos are transformed with as it adds another layer of flavour notes that you’ll enjoy.

Here’s a comment from a spirits judge: Vanilla, pears and caramel are first on the nose followed by subtle spice. The mouthfeel is satisfying with clove and cinnamon and just a hint of toasted wood.
