(Peppermint) dry leaf extract 0.5mL (derived from 250mg dry leaf).
Plantago lanceolata
(Ribwort) fresh leaf extract 1.5mL (derived from 750mg fresh leaf).
In a base of purified water, apple (juice concentrate) and ethanol.
