Mehron now contains Fixative. This a liquid base for mixing with dry pigments such as Mehron Metallic Powders. Create a liquid application that dries completely with and dry colour pigments. The holds for extended periods of time but still washes off easily with soap and water. The enables you to make unique liquid makeup for special projects in body painting and face painting. You can also use the as an alternative to water when applying body paint to help hold the paint on for a longer period of time.
