Lyra is a bridal choker in soft corded lace, worn close against the neck. The lace carries an eyelash edge, the fine open fringe that runs along the sides and keeps the outline soft where it meets the skin.

The colour is milky ivory. It reads natural and warm. It is not a bright or bluish white, and it sits with every ivory and champagne gown in the range.

The corded lace is soft to the touch and stays delicate on the neck. Lyra is deliberately quiet enough to wear with anything, from a bare neckline to a gown that already has plenty going on.

The closure

Lyra fastens at the back with a row of clear beads worked as buttons. The closure is the detail you see when you turn.

How it is worn

Worn on its own against an open neckline, or under a veil. It can be re-worn and restyled long after the wedding.

Size

Every Lyra is cut to your own neck measurement plus half a centimetre. Measure around the base of the neck where you want the choker to sit, order that number, and the finished band is cut half a centimetre longer.

The lace is woven in Turkey. Each choker is made to order in our studio in New Zealand, one at a time.

Care: hand wash only. Dry flat.
