A Sicilian orange wine with real presence. Rami blends equal parts Insolia and Grecanico, with a short period of skin contact to bring gentle texture and shape to the wine. Expect ripe stone fruit, citrus peel, subtle spice and a light, pleasing grip. It’s both sunny and savoury, with that easy, effortless drinkability COS always nails. Serve chilled, but not too cold.

COS are pioneers of organic and low-intervention winemaking in Vittoria, southeastern Sicily. Founded in 1980 by three friends, the estate is known for its amphora ageing, indigenous varieties, and a commitment to capturing a sense of place in each wine. Their wines are expressive, quietly complex, and deeply rooted in the region’s volcanic soils and Mediterranean air. Rami is COS at their most relaxed: characterful, honest, and built for the table.
