2024 Blackenbrook Nelson Pinot Gris Caros Wines NZ

Nelson's famous Moutere clay soils give us another ridiculously good Blackenbrook Pinot Gris. Lovely peachy pear fruit against mineral acidity, heaps of texture and a backbone that is rounded by a small portion that sees old oak. Beautifully made and quite 'serious' for the price, this Blackenbrook is a must-try that's rare in retail.
