Our most-loved dish, and for good reason.

We start with a traditional ragù of premium beef and a little pork for sweetness, slow-cooked for hours until rich and full of flavour. Then it’s layered with Italian lasagne sheets, our house-made béchamel and Parmesan — layer by layer.

The result is a beautifully balanced lasagne that’s rich, comforting and seriously satisfying.
