Create your own menu and use the additions to add to your requirements. Included in this package are white linen tablecloths for the buffet tables, serviettes, white crockery and stainless cutlery. Plus staff to cook, carve, serve and clean up.

Please note when ordering Export Lamb there is an additional fee of $4.00 per person due to the high cost of this product.
