Our balsamic onion Havarti is a creamy soft style cheese which has a mild/medium sweet onion flavour. Aged for a minimum of 4 months, has a nice sweet, salty and creamy flavour profile and works very well in making your classic cheese and onion toasted sandwich that little bit fancier. 170-200grams approx Veg rennet.
