Pumpkin Jerk Hot Sauce

This is a delicious mild pumpkin based sauce with roasted pumpkin and seeds, apples, onions and spray and chemical free habanero chillies caramelised with brown sugar combined with jerk spices, freshly squeezed lime juice and apple cider vinegar. Great on sandwiches or to accompany ham and cheeses.
