This unique white coloured hot sauce is made from our finest white mild and superhot chilli pods. It has nice roasted garlic tones and a natural sweetness created from the process of roasting the garlic and parsnips and a good citrus and umami hit to finish off.

It pairs well with all meats and cheeses.
