These inserts are made with 2 layers of 420gsm bamboo cotton and can snap into most standard nappy shells or you can stuff it into a pocket. They're a generous size of 36x36cm. Fold into 3 to give you 6 layers of super thirsty fabric in the wet zone. Add one of our hemp cotton snap in inserts underneath to create a night nappy option for light-moderate wetters.

Our Inserts are interchangeable and can be used in both our pockets and double gusset covers.

Tip: It is totally normal for natural fibre inserts such as bamboo, cotton and hemp to shrink in the wash. We have made our s extra-large to accommodate this. While the inserts are still wet, pull them gently back into shape before drying to help reduce shrinkage.
