Blended with the clearest spring water in the world, Dancing Sands (was Sacred Spring Dry Gin) is handcrafted and batch distilled in Takaka, New Zealand.

Double distilled in an artisan still, vapour infused with 8 botanicals including Manuka leaves that are handpicked from the distiller’s farm.

Dancing Sands Gin is created from a grain base and blended with water from the marble lined Te Waikaoropupu Spring which has a clarity measured to an amazing 63m.

Tasting Notes: Pine and manuka on the nose with a hint of spicy cardomom. Manuka, cardamom, peppercorn and coriander spice on the palate. Liquorice and angelica root tail with juniper forward. Silky mouthfeel finish.
