Tio Pepe has aromas of orange and lemon peel, cashew and raisin. Dry and fortified, medium-bodied white wine, with lemon peel and salted peanuts on the front of the palate, raisin and cashew characteristics on the mid-palate that is softened up by a refreshing mineral like finish.

The Tio Pepe has well balanced acidity and alcohol with the finish quite soft considering the high alcohol content. Serve chilled and pair with a seafood spread, tapas, nuts, or Thai Cuisine. Sherry is such a treat and this bottle, at this price point, is hard to come by in these parts. Enjoy. Cheers!
