The triumphant begins with dark roasted Indian Robusta and select specialty grade Arabicas.
You’ll enjoy a deep, rich taste of caramelised sugars and sweet toffee flavours from the Robusta, complemented by the soft nuttiness of Brazilian Arabica and vibrant citrus tones of Nicaraguan coffee.
The Colombian Arabica also adds a touch of sweetness.

The story starts with dark roasted Indian Robusta that underlines the healthy full body and deep rich taste profile. You can immediately sense the intensity of the caramelised natural sugars and oils, drawn out in the roast, that offer the sweet toffee flavours.
Add on top a selection of specialty grade Arabicas chosen to offer just that little bit more. Brazilian Arabica that is soft, nutty, with a nice bittersweet chocolate taste. Sense the typically vibrant tones of citrusy, bright and delicate Nicaraguan coffee. Finally, savour Colombian Arabica, considered one of the finest Arabicas, that is blessed with a sweeter and lighter taste.
Our roasters dark roast to develop the natural characteristics of each bean as well as introduce the aromas and flavours of the roast. They cleverly retain the balance of the lighter brighter Arabica and the sweet and syrupy Robusta so that you can hit the sweet spot of extraction every time.
