Glassine Tissue

This acid-free, unbuffered glassine paper is made from selected chemical pulp for general conservation use. Transparency of the paper is obtained in a special manufacturing process that uses no salts, additives or chemical surface treatment.

Applications:

- Interleaving and wrapping in the conservation of paper, photographs and textiles
- Overlay in painting restoration
- Protective wrapping in preparation of works of art for shipment. Specs
