High quality wood-free and acid-free blotting paper. This is machine made, cotton content blotting paper specially made for use in conservation and repair work. It is buffered with calcium carbonate to give a pH value above 8.5. It is very soft with a high thickness to weight ratio which gives good absorption. If used carefully and dried in clean conditions, it is re-usable many times over. Passes Photographic Activity Test (P.A.T).

700gsm KLUG Blotting Board - White

1400mm x 1000mm - 10 pack

A highly absorbent, acid-free and soft-textured fleece board with good wet-strength and a high cotton fibre content, suitable for preservation and archival storage purposes. The board is pH-neutral and manufactured without the use of optical brightening agents.
