A strong acid-free fabric tape that is coated with a neutral water soluble adhesive.

Used to finish conservation quality matting boards, mounts, file folders and preservation folders in picture framing industry, ideal for heavier quality hinging and mounting.

This tape is made from a woven fabric material made of cotton (calico) and is approximately 160gsm in weight. A white tape with a slightly yellow adhesive side, the adhesive is starch based and pH neutral without any other additives.

The adhesive is activated by moistening with water and once dry a strong adhesion will be acquired.

The tape can be made reversible by re-moistening with water.
