Designed in conjunction with Fenix Radiators, our 2022- Ranger Diesel Intercooler kit replaces the unreliable plastic / alloy intercooler and piping fitted from factory.
Featuring full aluminium construction, the Fenix Performance Ranger Raptor Intercooler kit offers an increased capacity of 37.5% Intercooler and a dyno proven decrease in IAT's of up to 20°C.
With ease of installation in mind, this kit bolts up with all the oem fittings & sensors and requires only a handful of basic tools for installation.
Core size is bar and plate area only and does not include tanks or plate under tank.

Core size: 440mm x 185mm x 115mm.
