We have chosen 9Cr18MoV steel for our starter kit using a high-end stainless steel from China rated equally 440C steel used to manufacture durable, precision scissors, and is recognised for its remarkable hardness HRC 58-60, superior edge retention, and better corrosion resistance than 440C steel, thanks to its high carbon and chromium content. The chemical composition of this type of steel also consists of Manganese, 1.3% Molybdenum, 0.6% Nickel, 0.04%, and 0.12% Vanadium. The design of the blades and handles are exactly the same as our Premium series Scissors.
