Bring a rich vanilla taste to your treats with LorAnn’s Vanilla Flavour Dram — a highly concentrated, alcohol-free flavouring that's 3–4 times stronger than standard vanilla extract. Unlike traditional extracts, it won’t seize your chocolate, making it perfect for flavouring melts, coatings, ganache, and fudge.

Also ideal for baked goods, hard candy, fondants, and icings, this dram delivers big flavour in small doses (1 dram = approx. 1 tsp). Use just ¼ to ½ teaspoon per 450g of chocolate or coating for delicious results. If thickening occurs, simply add a touch of liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to smooth things out.
