BePure had a small typo regarding the serving size on the label of (this product). The correct serving size for 5.16g as printed, or 3 metric teaspoons. Rest assured, there is absolutely no harm in taking a dose of 4 teaspoons as labelled, you’ve just been getting an extra boost of fibre. However, 3 metric teaspoons will help your last you a little longer.
