- Magnesium as Bisglycinate - 220 mg
- Additional Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC).
Direction & Caution

Directions:

Ages 7 : Take 1x capsule daily with food or without food in the evening or afternoon.

Ages 9 : Take 2x capsules daily with food or without food in the evening or afternoon.

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Take 2 hours away from prescription medication. If on medication, we recommend checking contraindications with your health professional.
