Suggested Fitting guide (note sizing is based off PW ballet flat sizing):

XSmall - up to Childs Size 11.5
Small - Size 12 to Size 3 (~18.5-22.5cm)
Medium - Size 3 to Size 6 (~22.5-25.5cm)
Large - Size 6.5 to 9.5 (~26-28.5cm)
