Made of knitted wool - likely manufactured under licence at the Manawatū Knitting Mill in Palmerston North, New Zealand.
Features a modesty flap as was common during the era, an integrated fabric belt, and white piping down the legs. The Speedo logo depicts a swimmer riding a marlin.
Size: 28" waist, but can stretch to around 31"
