Water Decals - Faces

To apply water decals:

If using gel polish underneath apply 2 layer then once cured wipe off the sticky layer.

cut out the designs you would like, peel off the plastic layer put the decals in a small dust of water (dampen dishes are great) for around 10-15 seconds take the decals out of the water and slide it on to the nail, allow it to dry then top coat and cure
