Anti-Scald Valve – Prevent Overheating in Outdoor Safety Showers

In hot weather, outdoor safety showers can retain dangerously high water temperatures. According to AS4775, water exceeding 38°C may harm eyes and accelerate chemical reactions on the skin. The Anti-Scald Valve helps manage this risk by automatically purging overheated water, allowing cooler supply water to flow through.

This temperature-sensitive valve begins to open at 40.6°C and fully closes when water cools to 35°C. Built with a stainless steel body, spring, plug, and fittings, it's pressure-independent and engineered for long-term reliability.
