Cool, silky and effortlessly elegant, our Blueberry Panna Cotta petit four is the lighter option guests always ask for on a high tea spread. Our pastry team sets each one by hand at our central city patisserie, using real vanilla bean to keep that classic panna cotta flavor front and center.

Underneath its soft-set, custard-like surface are blueberries, adding a gentle sweet-tart pop against the richness of the vanilla. It's smooth from the very first bite, with just enough fruit to keep things interesting.

A crisp sparkling rosé or a cup of oolong both complement the panna cotta's delicate vanilla notes. Each tray holds 15 pieces, ready for pickup from our patisserie inside The Welder.
