For coffee lovers, our Mocha petit four is a rich, layered tribute to the classic café favorite in petit four form. Our pastry team prepares every layer in-house at our central city patisserie, from the shortcrust right through to the chantilly.

A crisp chocolate shortcrust base holds a deep chocolate and coffee ganache, layered with coffee and finished with a light chantilly cream. The result is smooth, rich and unmistakably coffee-forward, a lovely finishing note on any dessert tray.
