The Pear Petit Four

An elegant, classically French-inspired choice, The Pear petit four brings together buttery frangipane and warmly spiced fruit in one refined bite. Dhi and our pastry team bake each tart shell fresh at our central city patisserie.

Each one is built on a delicate frangipane tart, filled with spiced poached pear that's been gently cooked until tender. The almond richness of the frangipane and the warm spice of the pear make for a comforting, elegant flavor suited to any high tea spread.

A glass of Sauternes or Moscato both bring out the pear's warm spice beautifully. Available to order in trays of 15, ready to collect fresh from our patisserie inside The Welder.
