Tronco Petit Four

A little theatrical and a lot delicious, our Tronco petit four takes its cue from the classic log-shaped dessert and always draws a second look on the tray. Our pastry team hand-finishes each one at our central city kitchen, right down to the edible "moss".

Underneath sits a spiced dark chocolate panna cotta, silky and warmly spiced, layered with a crunchy hazelnut crumble for texture. The edible moss isn't just for show, adding a delicate, earthy finishing note that plays nicely against the chocolate.
