LOBO Kaeng Pa Curry Paste 50g.

Authentic Thai Jungle Curry Paste with a bold, spicy flavour and aromatic Thai herbs and spices. An easy way to prepare traditional Kaeng Pa with beef or chicken at home. Directions
- Heat a pan. Add the curry paste and 250 g sliced beef or chicken. Stir-fry until cooked.
- Add 1 cup (240 ml) water and bring to the boil.
- Add Thai eggplant, bamboo shoots, long beans, kaffir lime leaves, holy basil and red chilli. Season to taste.
- Bring back to the boil, remove from heat and serve with steamed rice. Ingredients
