Turn your boiler into a pot (alembic still).

Ideal for retaining desired flavour from your ferment (Rum, Brandy and Whisky distilling) and for adding botanical flavour a key process when making gin. This is also the component you’d use when making essential oils. Requires a lid with a 60mm hole. (NB. Still Spirits and Copperhead stills have a 45mm hole).
