A wonderfully expressive Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of cut grass, citrus and passionfruit and a palate that is rich and textured.

Vintage Notes: 2024 was another memorable vintage in North Canterbury. The combination of naturally low crops and a seemingly endless autumn produced pristine fruit that was perfectly ripened.

Nicky's Food Match: Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with seafood. Mussels, prawns, scallops or white fleshed fish. Snapper and Blue Cod are my go-to!
