Glenrothes 2001 Bot. 2017 700ml

This edition of the Glenrothes range is their 2001 vintage single malt Scotch comes in the Speyside company's redesigned packaging. Ronnie Cox, the director at Berry Bros. & Rudd calls it "..complete and complex integrity in a glass." No wonder he's proud of it when it's so darn tasty!

Tasting Notes

Nose: Cereal notes, warm and malty, with suggestions of orange, cherry and caramel underneath.

Palate: Orange comes to the foreground first, vanilla following shortly after. A tiny, spicy hint of apples dusted with cinnamon towards the end.

Finish: Fairly long and dry, the spice lingering.
