Our Mercer Aurora Folding Mat is a multipurpose dish drainer and can be used to prop up your ipad or recipe book, defrost meat or as a tray for your hot pans (each individual bar is hollow so it will not transfer heat to the benchtop).

The Aurora series is coloured using one of the most environmentally friendly colouring technologies available as there is no liquid involved, making it far superior to other conventional coating methods such as electroplating or powder-coating.
