Beast Academy Science 4A is the first in a two-part Level 4 science series. content is aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for grade 4, but often goes well beyond what is typically expected of students. Science 4A includes units on energy, landforms, and body systems.

Together with 4B, Level 4 will be a complete science curriculum for motivated and curious students. Energy: Kinetic and potential energy, energy transfer, thermal energy, and conservation of energy.
Landforms: Rocks and minerals, erosion, landscape features, continents, plate tectonics, mountains, volcanoes, and earthquakes.
Body Systems: Structures and characteristics of living things, movement, metabolism, circulation, and homeostasis.
