Grown at 2,150–2,300m and naturally processed, this coffee showcases rich layers of dark chocolate and toffee, brightened by juicy mandarin and blackberry. Shade-grown under forest canopies and dried on raised beds, this is a bold, fruit-forward roast with depth and vibrancy - our tribute to classic Ethiopian naturals with a refined edge.
