An essential daily knife for your kitchen, the No.3 Knife from Nuz is ideal for chopping and dicing vegetables and fruits, slicing herbs, chopping nuts and cutting meat. The blade of the knife is crafted from Swedish carbon steel, which is produced from recycled saw blades while the handle is crafted from American Ash wood and is sourced from an FSC-certified supplier. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle, producing a simple design that suits any dining room and kitchen.
