2023 Big Fizz Sparkling Rosé

This pale pink sparkling rosé is bright and refreshing, with vibrant citrus and juicy red berry flavours on the palate. Zesty notes of grapefruit and blood orange are balanced by ripe strawberry and raspberry, all carried by a fine, gentle bead and crisp, zippy acidity. It’s clean, super juicy, and finishes with impressive persistence and freshness.

2023 marks the third iteration of Big Fizz, one of our best selling sparkling wines of all time and certainly one of the best sparkling rosés we know of! This time round 2023 Big Fizz is made from certified organic Pinot Noir, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand.
