Korean-Fried Chicken, Mango, Crispy Shallot & Spring Onion Rice, Mesculine Salad

We ran Korean-Fried Chicken, ‘KFC ‘, for 4 weeks at the end of last year. It was hugely popular and has been requested several times already.
