Augustines Quince Paste is crafted from spray free Central Otago quince. Gus’s quince paste is cooked in small batches preserving the natural tartness and aromatics of the fruit. It makes a great condiment for cheese and meat. Or to add a fruity sweetness to any savoury dish.
