A unique piece of New Zealand's heritage, intricately captured on a fused and slumped glass canvas.

This design is inspired by the playful Pīwakawaka, or Fantail. Poised on a Pōhutukawa branch, it’s ready to flit off in its ceaseless hunt for bugs. This small, energetic bird often accompanies walkers, delightfully darting about to catch insects disturbed by their movements.

Our glassware is a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into each piece.

This Kiwi made, hand crafted, piece of glass artwork starts off as a plain piece of 5mm glass. It is cut to size and screen printed with its intricate design. The piece is then fired in our kiln at over 800 degrees Celsius where it fuses the glass print into the surface and takes on its stippled transparent finish.
