About the Artist: After 7 years in Japan, Hibagon has returned to NZ. His work combines a sense of fantasy and fun with his incredible hand-drawing skills. His time immersed in Japanese culture is evident throughout his work and his inspirations include Buddhist artwork, yokai, country living, hippies, nomads, abandoned buildings, fungi, caravans, wild animal sightings, onsen, and foraging.
