Description

Selection of Carmenere grapes, spontaneous fermentation in wood, without temperature control and without the addition of sulphites (SO2). Aged in barrique for eighteen months and one year in bottle. Purple red color, intense aromas of ripe red fruit, plum, tobacco; spices, surprisingly complex and long in the mouth, notable acidity.
