Please Note:

Taylor creams use a hot pour method with jars not being sealed. It is quite normal for creams made in such a way to have irregular cavities and for their surfaces to not be completely smooth, hence they are sold by weight to account for the irregular volume.

Taylor creams will also vary in consistency from batch to batch. Sometimes being quite soft, with content easily shifting side to side in the jar (especially on hot summer days). And other times slightly firmer like a Croap (Cream Soap=Croap), still featuring the texture of a cream and very easy to lather with a brush.

This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the cream, it should not be considered a flaw.
